These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Coffee Shop Office. By purchasing any product from our store on Etsy, LemonSqueezy, or Amazon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
Coffee Shop Office sells digital products including printable planners, binders, trackers, worksheets, and interactive tools (HTML/JSX applications). All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.
Upon completed payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased files. Etsy delivers files through its built-in download system. LemonSqueezy delivers files via email and your account dashboard. Amazon delivers files through the Kindle or digital delivery system. If you experience any issues accessing your files, contact us and we will ensure you receive your purchase.
When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or household use. You may print unlimited copies for yourself and your immediate household.

All products, designs, layouts, text, and interactive tools are the intellectual property of Coffee Shop Office. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. All rights not explicitly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Coffee Shop Office products are informational and organizational tools. They are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Coffee Shop Office is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from use of our products. Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment processing is handled securely by the respective platforms (Etsy, LemonSqueezy, Amazon). Coffee Shop Office does not store your payment details.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund. This is standard practice for digital goods because the product cannot be "returned" after delivery.
Etsy's own policy states that sellers are not required to accept returns or provide refunds on digital download items. Per Etsy's Terms of Use, digital items are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. If you have not yet downloaded the file and would like a refund, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will work with you.
If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, missing pages, wrong file delivered), contact us immediately. We will replace the file or troubleshoot the issue at no additional cost.
Per LemonSqueezy's merchant terms, refund policies are set by the seller. Our policy for LemonSqueezy purchases: all sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued after the product has been delivered to your email or made available in your account dashboard.
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, contact us and we will provide a replacement file or resolve the issue promptly.
Amazon digital purchases are subject to Amazon's digital return policies. In most cases, digital content is non-refundable once accessed. If you have an issue with an Amazon purchase, contact Amazon customer service directly or reach out to us through the platform.
We want every customer to be satisfied. While our general policy is no refunds on digital products, we will consider exceptions in these cases:
To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.
If you open a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us, we will provide the platform with proof of digital delivery. We strongly encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues directly and quickly.
