YouTube Strategy Analyzer
Load a competitor's list of videos. See which lengths, topics and title styles actually get views, measured from the data. Then turn that into video ideas, title templates and a 4-week plan for your own channel.
Load a competitor's videos
Use one of three sources. Files are read inside your browser and are not uploaded anywhere.
Spreadsheet (CSV)
Columns for title, views, length and upload date. Length can be seconds or 12:34. Export from any YouTube research tool, or build it by hand.
SQLite database
A .db file with a videos table, like the one made with the yt-dlp script from the original workflow. A subtitle_segments table is used if present.

It returns content pillars, 20 video ideas, title templates, a 4-week calendar and a positioning angle. It uses your own Gemini key from aistudio.google.com/apikey, kept only in this browser.
