Photograph the delivery slip at the drop-off. AI fills in the invoice, your rate card prices it, and you text the customer a payment link before you leave the parking lot.

Take or choose a photo of the bill of lading or delivery manifest. You can also skip this and type the details yourself.
2. Check the details
AI reads what it can. Always check each field against the slip before you send anything.
Invoices
No invoices yet. Create one on the New invoice tab.
Your business
Paste a Stripe, Square or PayPal payment link. Write {amount} or {invoice} anywhere in it and they are filled in for each invoice.
Rate card
Pick a tier on each invoice and the base charge fills in.
Gemini API key
Reading slips uses Google Gemini with your own key from aistudio.google.com/apikey. It is stored only in this browser and sent only to Google.
